Uncompromising use in recycling
The aim of the machine is uncompromising use in recycling and recycling as well as maximum stability and performance in heavy-duty applications with reinforced concrete, construction debris and other difficult-to-process feed materials, with a low operating weight and high flexibility. The impact mill has fully hydraulic impactors with 280 mm deflection, is equipped with Hardox wear plates in the outlet of a vibratory feeder and is driven by a 200 kW rotor power.
All these components and the experience from the stationary plant construction provide for the probably most powerful track-mounted impact mill in its class with the additional option to optimize a secondary crusher with grinding track from this recycling impact mill.

Presentation of PT110-100
We would like to introduce you to the new PT110/100 and its to present the advantages and innovations of the latest PT series. The new models are equipped with fully hydraulic impactor adjustments and each impactor can be individually with a screw-on housing cover, to change the impact plates safely and easily. A further innovation is the integrated inlet in the crusher, which saves a lot of space where space is limited. The innovative housing design also enables us to build a more space-saving impact mill with the same rotor size. Despite smaller outer dimensions, there are no restrictions on the deflection paths of the impact mills or the throughput per hour. Furthermore, all PT impact mills can be extended by the optional grinding track, which can be realized without a lengthy rebuild, thus turning the impact mill into a powerful secondary crusher.
