Impact mills are versatile and can thus crush and process a wide variety of materials. One of the largest areas of application is in natural stone, where the main requirement is a uniform end product with the lowest possible oversize content. In slag and especially in steel slag, a robust and powerful impact mill is required, which can withstand the constant load.
By using different shredder shafts and teeth, we can now offer a wide range of possibilities for each customer. Depending on the application, different rotors are used to achieve the best possible result.
We manufacture customized vibrating feeders in all sizes and for various materials and goods in-house.
Fine grinding mills
Our PTRF fine grinding mills are specially designed for fine grinding/pulverizing medium-hard, brittle materials. The feed material to be pulverized are mineral products with a feed size of up to 30 mm, depending on the material. A typical application is the fine grinding of quartz sand.
Our balling mills are suitable for the preparation of non-ferrous metals and metal composites. The machines ball and separate the metals from residual materials for subsequent clean separation by separating table or air classifier.
According to the current status in 2022, we can now manufacture approx. 280 different impact mill rotors across all manufacturers in our own production facility in Lengerich.
Whenever a final grain size of 1 mm and smaller is to be produced, in many cases the most economical solution is to use a hammer mill. Hammer mills are often used for grinding limestone, phosphates or gypsum, but are also suitable for other applications such as glass recycling.
The objective of the mobile crushing plants is the uncompromising use in the recycling of reinforced concrete, construction waste and other difficult-to-process feed materials. This requires maximum stability and performance with low operating weight and high flexibility.
